Well, it’s the beginning of June. The month of May flew by so quickly. But, it’s exciting to welcome in a new month.
As we all know, oftentimes a new month brings in new goings-on. So, let’s take a look at what’s currently going on, shall we?
Currently Reading:
Dreamlander by K.M Weiland, and The Art of War for Writers by James Scott Bell.
My parents gifted me with a few books last Christmas. I finally got around to reading Dreamlander recently. Also, the Art of War for Writers is one of those books that I’d forgotten about until recently. I’m enjoying the discoveries that I’m making with the information in this book.
Currently Listening To:
Phil Wickam’s album, Ascension, and my Show Tunes station on Pandora.
Currently Watching:
Re-runs of the television show, Mister Ed, and the Jack Benny Program.
Currently Needing:
Esterbrooks. In blue, and grey. And Esterbrook nibs. All of them. And ink. Lots of ink.
Currently Doing:
I’m trying to get ahead of myself, and schedule more blog posts ahead of time. Being consistent with this blog is my main goal for this year.
Currently Stressing About:
The SAT. I don’t know what it is about that test, but it freaks me out to no end. Even though non-family members try to soothe me by saying “It’s no big deal” and “You’ll do fine”, I can’t help but worry about how low my scores will fall.
Currently Looking Forward To:
Finishing the main code for The Rebellion of Valencia, and writing the first draft of the story. And summer jobs.
So, that’s what my life looks like during the beginning of June. In a few days, this blog will turn one-month old. How exciting, right? Still, I’m looking forward to the days and weeks ahead, and I hope you guys are feeling the same. I can’t wait to write a whole lot during June.
Tell me, what are you looking forward to the most this month?
I enjoyed reading this post :). You’re such an amazing writer! I actually have to same theme as you! I was wondering if you could tell me how to make my posts only show the first couple sentences on the front page like what you have. Like you have to click on continue reading to see the rest of the post. I hope you understand what I’m saying :), thanks!

I’m so glad you enjoyed reading the post, Hayley! Aw, and thank you for saying that, too.
Don’t we have a pretty theme? I totally understood what you were trying to say. You explained it well.
That button is the “Read More” button. It looks, almost, like a piece of road. It has a dotted line in the middle, with two solid lines on the top and bottom. The “Remove Link” button is on its left, and the “Proofread Writing” is on the right. Like the “Line Break”, you insert the Read More where you want the post to end on the home page.
Please tell me if I didn’t explain it well enough. 🙂
And you’re very welcome.

Let’s all give a resounding cheer for more sleep! I love sleep. Sleep is good. 🙂
Ooh, golf. I can’t golf, or play any sport, so I admire all those who can. Of course ice cream has to be on the agenda! It wouldn’t be summer-time without it.
Okay, my head is officially swollen. Thank you so much for those kind words, Caroline. Comments like yours make my day!
