About Me

Before this blog gets too far along, I think I might as well introduce myself.

My name is Abigail Post. I’m a teenage girl in her Junior year of high school, with a penchant for saying the wrong things at the wrong time. I really like saying the word “esoteric”, too. I think it’s such a cool word.

As the blog’s name suggests, I love writing. I love writing stories, I love the act of writing, I love handwriting, everything about writing. It’s my favorite thing. It’s my passion.

Through this blog, I want to share my writing journey as well as help others with theirs. I hope that this blog will provide encouragement to others with the same passion.

I also love books. Reading is what started my love for writing, and reading is what keeps me writing. I wish to connect other book lovers with stellar books, and maybe I’ll stumble upon a book that I wouldn’t have noticed, too!

Fountain pens are another favorite thing of mine. I received a Lamy Safari as a gift one year, and I never looked back. The members of the fountain pen community are the most generous people that I’ve ever met. Writing for them will be a joy.
